يمكنكم حجز موعد خدمة الصيانة بكل سهولة من خلال تعبئة الطلب وإرفاق تفاصيل واضحة عن العطل، مما يساعد فريقنا الفني على تقييم الحالة وتقديم الخدمة بشكل أدق وأسرع.

• في حال كان المنتج ضمن فترة الضمان الساري، يتم تقديم خدمة الصيانة مجانًا وفقًا لسياسة الضمان المعتمدة.

• في حال كان المنتج خارج الضمان، يتم تطبيق رسوم زيارة وتقييم قدرها (99 ريال سعودي)، وذلك حسب الشروط والأحكام.

  في حال الموافقة على الإصلاح، يتم إشعاركم بالتكلفة قبل البدء بأي إجراء.

Notice:

• If the product is within the valid warranty period, the maintenance service will be provided free of charge, in accordance with the approved warranty policy.

• If the product is out of warranty, a visit and assessment fee of 99 SAR will apply, subject to the terms and conditions.

  If you approve the repair, you will be notified of the cost before any work begins.
